Project brief:

Works included new high performance Proteus Pro Felt BUR system incorporating hybrid tapered insulation schemes and gutters to a new metal deck with Plywood substrate

Existing slates removed and set aside to allow for the new roof build up, slates reinstated on completion of new roofing.

Cruciform Roof extended to form new window, stripped of existing man made slates, new timber joists installed and new slates reinstated to match existing, new lead work to form new gable end.
