Project brief:

The project involved the supply and installation of a new IKO Roofing System, incorporating a vapour barrier, PIR insulation bonded with PU adhesive, separation membrane and Polymer Modified Mastic Asphalt, providing a durable and robust waterproofing solution.

As part of the works, Infallible Systems also supplied and installed an Air Track system, along with bespoke floating skirtings and lead cover flashings. Specialist leadwork was undertaken throughout, including the replacement of lead flashings to the sills of the dormer windows.

The existing front mansard roof was carefully inspected, with all identified damaged slates replaced to maintain the appearance and integrity of the roof.

The works required careful attention to detail and coordination around the existing roof construction and architectural features. Infallible Systems successfully delivered a high-quality roofing solution, combining modern waterproofing systems with traditional slate and leadwork to provide a durable and sympathetic finish to the property.
