In total 7 roof areas totalling 330/m2 scoped for refurbishment. works carried out at night during TFL engineering hours.

Roof areas power wash and carried out repairs to the existing mastic asphalt waterproofing ready to receive new coverings.

Kemperol V210 fully reinforced seamless waterproofing overlay system was installed to all existing waterproof coverings with a 20 year linked guarantee.

Watco safety grip demarcation walkways provided for all accessible areas.
